Rockets and Missiles perfect for the Man Cave
Here at Aviation and Binoculars we try and source some of the most interesting military memorabilia ever made including our rockets and missiles perfect for a man cave.
We pride ourselves on being able to turn these military collectables into stunning items for display in any home or office environment. We are pleased to have several air-to-air and ground to air rockets that have been hand polished and mounted to produce a visual effect that shows cases the design of the rocket as well as its engineering beauty.

Firestreak Missile

AIM- Sidewinder Missile
Cold War innovations (1960s-1980s) – The Cold War era saw rapid development in missile technology, driven by the need to intercept increasingly sophisticated Soviet aircraft. To counter this the RAF adopted the Sidewinder missile system. Though American in origin, the AIM-9 Sidewinder was widely used across multiple platforms, including the Harrier and Tornado. Its reliability and effectiveness made it a staple of British aerial combat.

Rapier Missile
By the 1980s, Britain had established a solid foundation in air-to-air missile technology. These systems not only protected British airspace but also influenced future designs like ASRAAM and Meteor.
It was able to use this advanced technological know-how to produce one of the most effective short-range surface to air missiles produced of that era, the Rapier. This British surface to air missile was jointly developed by the British Army and Royal Air Force.
