Trinity House Aga Buoy Beacon light

Aviation and Binoculars presents a Trinity House Aga Buoy Beacon light.

This is a completely original Trinity House pattern copper and brass buoy light, the authentic AGA buoy beacon light is constructed of brass and copper with dioptic glass panels. The outer housing is fitted with six triangular windows to protect the inner Fresnel lens.

It contains a hand made 200 mm fresnel lens that was specifically designed for its light dissemination.

The beacon has been professionally polished and rewired to UK standards. If you needed any more history…. the stand it is mounted on is from a Royal Air Force Rolls Royce jet engine (fitted in the RAF Canberra). When looking for a perfect stand the engineering from the Rolls Royce engine was simply to good to waste.
