German Schmeisser MP40 machine (MP) gun table lamp 

Aviation and Binoculars is proud to present one of the most impressive historical items we have designed.

We have manage to source a relic condition German WW2 MP40 ‘schmeisser’ machine pistol. It is the classic Second World War firearm having been originally designed for use by German Paratroopers and Mechanised Infantry. This machine pistol was recovered in Latvia in the area of the famous Courland Pocket and although deactivated by reason of age and condition we have obtained an official deactivation certificate.

It has been professionally mounted on a tank track from a Panzer 4 and uses a K98 bayonet to hide the light flex. The beautifully original patinated finish on the MP35 German helmet casts a bewitching light seen here in the evening.

Everything is 100% genuine Second World War and the lamp is fully U.K. compliant.

This is a great statement piece for display as a man cave feature or talking point as a military collectible.
