German WW2 Luger Pistol
Aviation and Binoculars is pleased to present a German WW2 Luger pistol – relic. These were the most sought after side arm of the Second World War due to their reliability and design. They were developed by Georg Luger with full production starting in 1898. It was referred to as a toggle locked recoil operated semi automatic pistol and came with an 8-round detachable box magazine. It was renowned for its accuracy. This example is a war time relic having been recovered from France. It is deactivated by condition and after some gentle restoration has been mounted on a wooden base. In our opinion the patina and internal workings on display really show this pistol off at its best.
